Engineer Khalil Arjmand
Engineer Khalil Arjmand, a professor at Tehran University’s Technical University, founded the Arj at the age of 27.
The Arj factory in the year 1316 joined a non-governmental Iranian industry in a small workshop on 30-Metri Street in Tehran with 8 simple workers led by Professor Khalil Arjmand, a professor at Tehran University’s Technical University and With the hope and determination of the workers and its founder, it made a step towards the development of the country’s industry and production. Former workshop was done forging, casting and welding, and for this reason, the name of Arj was formed from the first three letters of the three fields.
